Ozinga Energy believes the pathway to green transportation will involve several different avenues. That is why we began sourcing and installing high quality Level 2 and DC Fast Chargers for our own customer facing sites as well as for clients and local municipalities. To date, we have brought dozens of vehicle chargers online, including our own DC Fast chargers in Sturtevant, WI and New Buffalo, MI.
DC Fast Charger | Sturtevant, WI
Sturtevant, WI DC Fast Charger is a 100kW charger running on the EV Connect Network. It is located conveniently at the Citgo Truck Stop and Fuel Center, directly off of Interstate 94 & 41. This charger can take your car from 20% to 80% in matter of minutes!
DC Fast Charger | New Buffalo, MI
New Buffalo, MI DC Fast Charger is a 50kW charger running on the ChargePoint Network. It is located directly between the beach and Interstate 94. This is an earlier design DC Fast charger and is half as fast as our WI charger, but still charges very quickly from 20% - 80%.
EV Level 2 Charger Installs
Various Level 2 installs for municipalities in Northwest Indiana. Including Whiting, Crown Point, Merrillville, Gary and Lake Station. These charger add about 37 miles of charge per hour! Most of these chargers were procured through state and federal funding and are now FREE to the public to promote EV purchases in those communities.
